Avoid! Horrible Company - IT Helpdesk Level I Advance America Employee Review

I was a tech support rep at the corporate office. Supervisors were extremely rude and constantly contradicting each other. Co workers were ok. Some were helpful and others were useless. The stores equipment is total junk and we have to try and fix it. The employees at the stores were not the most educated people I've spoke with. They could also get very rude and unprofessional if we couldn't help them. As another person said on here your family will be embarrassed that you work here. They take advantage of the poor basically. My mom wouldn't tell anyone I worked there. I worked there for only 2 months and had enough and quit. Please do avoid.
