Pros
My shift started late enough to get my kids off to school; it's an easy job, not demanding at all, not much thinking required. The manager I worked with was amazing and I was happy to see her each day.
Cons
It's very much an entry-level, revolving door job; employees are treated like numbers; doesn't pay enough to pay my bills; no room for advancement, professional growth, or sharing of ideas and suggestions. The store is a very bare-bones operation. Very repititious and boring, no challenges. Mileage reimbursement didn't even compensate the cost of starting my car up (25-cents per mile)
