Don’t be fooled. This company paints a pretty picture to get people in but this is one of the worst companies to work for. The turnover rate is terrible. The “competitive “ pay is the worst in the industry. Chick-fil-a pays their employees more. The bonus program is fixed so that it is almost impossible to get a bonus. And those great hours? Try never getting another weekend for the rest of your life or being able to spend time with your family for the holidays. Mix in constantly being watched on camera (not a joke) and always being treated like you’re disposable and voila! Thats Advance America. They seem to enjoy making their employees misearble.
