      Huge push on secondary products, will terminate you regardless of your efforts with marketing and trying to grow the center

      Thank you for your feedback. While some team members experience shorter tenures than others, we are happy to have numerous team members with long tenures, including 5, 10, and 15+ years, in a variety of roles and career progressions.

      Pros

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
