Pros
The pay was competitive. They have been working hard on increasing positive employee morale for about 6 months or so and recognizing employees. They are always looking to improve. They are growing. Vacation/sick time is decent.
Cons
It's a very political environment. The managers/directors don't stand behind their employees. They will throw you under the bus to save themselves. There are some incompetent managers. If someone has been there a long time (10 years or more), there's a sense of security and it's hard to get rid of those people no matter what they do. Less diversity the higher up you go in management. High turnover. The medical benefits are not great.Paid holidays could be better. No 401K matching. I found that I had less respect for a financial company like them. I knew what I was going into but more products and services they offered, the more I felt that they were taking advantage of people instead of helping.
