      Company is in the midst of a digital shift, downsizing and slashing workforce; the company has been in a financial decline for years because of being so top-heavy (corporate management) and refusal to keep up with the competition

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
