Work 6 days a week and never hit 40 hours. Everyone works for the bonus the the manager gets 70% of the bonus while the other team members split the 30% between each other. They have company perks like little rewards for the employee that are bought with points but nothing is done to promote the points and in order to get a $25 gift card you need a unrealistic amount of points.
