Pros
You learn the basics. Some decent experiences.
Cons
I spent a lot of time working by my self in all the positions that I worked. I worked in more than one office. When a new manager was hired more than once, they seemed to be in a panic. There was constant misinformation what was going on in the office between management and the DDO's . Training could have been done better we spent some time guessing on how things were to be done. I understand the need for marketing but not everyone responds well to being pushed into something that they do not want. Turn over was extremely high in the one office. Equipment was poor in all the offices I worked making employees sometimes take the blame for not being fast enough or performance. Some people that should have been rewarded were looked over and some that were rewarded really should not have been. Highly regulated to the point it hurts moral. Some things were just petty on management part. Some upper management was rude or just abusive. When they were confronted on by management over them it made the situation worse. Life situations were understood for management and DDO's not so much for employees under them.
