      For the most part my customers are nice and caring.

      Cons

      The pay is not up to our competitors. Tons and tons of paperwork which is un-needed and could be taken care of in a timely manner.

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      Cons

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
