You get to meet & build great business relationships with your customers. Half a day Saturdays. Hour Lunch. Pretty fair benefits/ins package. Opportunities for advancement

Cons

Not enough pay for work load. Very slim pay increases available at evaluation time.

Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

Cons

You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
