Pros

Closed on Sunday and days are only 9am to 630pm

Cons

Limited communication from corporate to center. Lack of benefits (10 days of vacation and 32 hours of sick time each year) , there is only a 5 week unpaid maternity leave and the insurance doesn't cover anything unless you have the top two tiers. Since Covid, the amount we are getting paid is now considered low ( and they're not giving much more to new hires)

Thank you for your feedback regarding your Benefits. Part of Advance America’s Unifying Beliefs is “We respect our colleagues, our customers, and our communities.” Being competitive with compensation and benefits packages with local and regional markets ensures we respect you and all of our associates. In addition to market-competitive compensation, we offer other benefits such as corporate discounts for some goods and services, business casual attire, compensation increases, bonus potential based on Center performance, and many others. We also make a point to regularly assess local/regional costs of living and make compensation adjustments when needed. Please address your concerns to your management or HR if you still feel your compensation and/or benefits are not competitive. Thank you.

Pros

Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

Cons

You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
