      Easy work enviorment, good customer service experience.

      Cons

      very poor ly trained DDO's., do not know anything about treating employees right. Treated very poorly they force you to sell products that people dont even want to buy

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      Cons

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
