      Pay is steady, it gives you experience on how to run a store the proper way

      Cons

      Traveling is a bit much., only two people per store , so if someone is ill you are constantly by yourself

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      Cons

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
