      Decent pay for the education and experience required

      Cons

      Lack of morals and ethics. Management will do anything to keep ahead and will quickly through people under the bus to save themselves. Does not care about the customer just about hitting goals at any cost!

      Pros

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
