      Upper management, harassment, threats, bullying, name calling, gossip, favouritism, work load, micro managing, safety, hours, the list goes on and on

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
