      This is a leadership position so you have to handle all escalated customer complaints. That can be difficult at times but there are not a lot of complaints

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
