Cons include long work hours, only one off day a week(Sunday), which requires you to enter sick time if you have any appointments or a submit a vacation request to handle personal affairs, and lack of work life balance. Meeting the Company goals and expectation can become stressful at times. All and all the Pros outweigh the Cons, and if I could change one thing it would be the work hours.
