      Pros

      Love what I do and I love helping customers. I was on the other side of the counter before I started working here so I know how our customers feel. Love that we have several things to keep us busy. It breaks up the day. Divisional and Regional contests help spice up our sales efforts.

      Cons

      With all the calls and customers, there is no time to market. We need a divisional marketer to help us.

      Pros

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      Cons

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
