Pros
Excellent company, benefits and salaries for current economic area of residence. Most salaries are based off experience which is a plus. Corporate representatives are very professional and handles all issues promptly and accurately! They always have the answer.
Cons
DDO's often left with too much authority and does not carry out the job duties in a professional manner. Some have favorites that causes problems and violate policy and are never disiplined. Those that work hard are often ignored and seem not to be appreciated. Most stores are under staffed or staffed with employees who have only been with the company 2-4 months. Those who have been with the company longer did not receive adequate training and still needs additional training. The training managers all need to be on one accord with their training coming from corporate level so all stores, divisions and regions can be on one accord. DDO 's often make their own rules as you go along and often cause conflict outside normal policy and procedure. Center Sales Managers should also have more input on candidates being selected to work in their centers as well. To end it we all deserve at least a $1.00 raise for the stress that comes along with all the things stated above and those not mentioned! A decrease in the use of paper and toner would probably make enough room for raises. There is not enough funds provided for community events to keep up with our competitors and keep the visibility in our communities like we should working for such a large company. Placing balloons out everyday has become a normal sighting in our area.
