      Pros

      If you put effort and voice into advancing at this company, they really do put time into you. Work life balance is decent - lots of holidays!

      Cons

      When I was there I thought the development of potential leaders hit a ceiling. There should be more training in person to spread the culture of Advance America to the employees who run the centers.

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
