Pros

Pay is decent Hours are good Co Workers are amazing

Cons

Too much favoritism. Each center closing, means a manager is displaced and is demoted in title, pay is kept. Some will lose their title, some will not. Need to have a better 'title' in place for that since many have an issue if you are not a 'peer'.

Pros

Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

Cons

You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
