Pros
The contact center for Advance America is very new. Started at the end of 2013 and was very awesome to work for at first. The atmosphere was relaxed and I actually went to work happy every single day. The people were great to work with and the pay is good. There are bonuses that you can get for meeting your monthly goals.
Cons
The constant changes without adequate training to compensate takes its toll after awhile, and you have agents with out dated information. Also, need more supervisors and better software.
