Pros

The lower management and CSR are great to work with

Cons

You do all reports that the DDOs and other corporate team members supposed to do. They give us all the reports to do while we are suppose to take care of the customers all the while run the centers while they do nothing but drive around giving negative reports and sending 100s of emails all day

Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

Cons

You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
