      Pros

      2 week vacation after 1 year of employment..though you will most likely not be able to utilize it..then forfeit it beginning of next year

      Cons

      Work you to death. Train you to develope relationships with customers..then force you to use that as a weapon when hard times hits..

      Pros

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      Cons

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
