Pros

The main activities involved the tasks at hand are very straight-forward. You do not often find yourself trying to find answers for unexpected situations since tasks are straight forward.

Cons

Outdated technology. The company expects you to meet sales quotas without allowing to simple access of information such as Google.com. You can't even use your cell phone inside the office. Whenever a customer attends another office to advance, you have to "call in" a transfer. Reminder calls are expected to be done daily, in addition to collection calls (unrealistic). Company does not invest much money in lost prevention, and will make associates travel with large amounts of money to and from banks.

Pros

Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

Cons

You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
