      Great starting pay, good benefits after 90 days, potential to earn bonuses, and there does seem to be room for advancement in my area.

      The hours, if you have a family to get home to.

      Pros

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      Cons

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
