Upper management expects you to devote 100% of your time to work and have no personal life. They aren't willing to work around scheduled. They are understaffed, but claim they are not. The company is unorganized and unstructured and spends too much time worrying over trivial and tidious tasks, yet preach about time management. The setup is a teller-like/bank atmosphere instead of a one on one conversation with the customer. They contradict themselves, wanting you to build rapport with customers and assess the customers' needs, yet demands that you get the customers in and out as quickly as possible. Upper management watches you on 24/7 on camera. The company's mission statement promotes principle of respect, yet upper management treats you with none. Upper managent exhibits favoritism and approaches situations in an unprofessional manner. The work environment is very hostile. You work long shifts often by yourself for a company who says their main concern is safety. The pay is way below the work load. Upper management makes their own rules and doesn't want to help you.
