      Pros

      This company does listen to the employees, or at least they try. Insurance is a little pricey but they try to offset it with perks, salary is decent and they try to do fair market rates,

      Cons

      depending on your immediate supervisor the hours can be long and hard, and the "cold calls" can get to be a bit much, "upselling" can seem pushy and non-optional for customers

      Pros

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
