Cons
Very small amount of people in upper management (who tell branch employees how to be better) have ANY idea at all how ANYTHING is done at the branch level. How can you make me better if you don’t know the basics? You can’t, and they don’t care. Company rolls out new initiatives, gets tunnel vision discussing it, and then BAM…it wasn’t ready to be implemented real time, so we wait, and now the ONLY thing we talked about for a month doesn’t matter. Test it and get it right the first time. Complete disconnect between upper management and the customer facing staff at the branch level. Job postings are just for show. They already have inside chats about these jobs and hand them out before the opportunities are posted. HR is in management’s pocket, so you better not complain.
