      Gain experience but it's not good experience

      Cons

      Horrible there loans April can be as high as 400%. Staff are all over. Management can be racist and they borrow money from the vault. Bad culture

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
