TOXIC - Divisional Director of Operations Advance America Employee Review

I had to deal with staffing issue since my DO was watching Porn in the office with no repercussions due to and I quote from HR “Him Just wanting to get to retirement”. They don’t care about development to employees. They say they want you to challenge the status quo but if you do you get scolded since the EVP has an ego issue and still wishes he was never let go from One Main Financial, he doesn’t want to hear anything anyone wants to bring up that could better the company if it is not his idea. They continue to close locations as they say it’s for power but it’s to fund failing projects. Just a bad overall business model.
