      Most supervisors are helpful. With all the different financial products, you get a lot of experience. Work closely with your team members.

      Cons

      The hours and work load. There isn't enough team members for managers to do what they need to do.

      Pros

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
