      Pros

      Offices are usually staffed with 2-4 members.

      Cons

      You have to be available to work from 8am-7pm just in case they need you to go in early or have to get off late. They do not work with school schedules.

      Pros

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      Cons

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
