      Pros

      There are no real pros for working for this company

      Cons

      They do not care about your family so be prepared to work no matter what.. Staffing is a real issue so you have to work double what you should. Always on call to answer questions or show up to a center. Upper management doesn't seem to listen of care about concerns.

      Pros

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      Cons

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
