The best thing about Advance is how it navigated the pandemic, supporting our ability to work from home and handling cost cutting in a careful way to avoid layoffs. Another big plus is the quality of the onboarding training, especially for sales and sales support roles.
Cons
The media industry is undergoing some seismic shifts, and the company is planning ahead with a solid strategy for serving customers and taking care of employees. But because of these pressures, advancement opportunities and raises are slim to none.
