Ok pay but a lot of work. Get monthly bonuses which is a good opportunity and slightly makes up for low pay

Cons

Unorganized company and they expect you to do a lot when the money isn't great. The managers aren't professional.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
