Pros

Will hire almost anyone, "ok" supervisors, and because of their high turnovers due to employees quitting you have job security.

Cons

Pay is horrible, make sure to get in a department that does overtime, and be prepared to get cursed out everyday by angry customers.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
