All of the employees were nice VTO and PTO on slow days Decent training program

Cons

Poor management Lack of leadership Supervisors played favorites Expected to work when sick, even if you had to have a trashcan beside your desk to be sick in.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
