Pros

Management and co-agents are good to work with.

Cons

Breaks are 10 minutes lunch 45 minutes. Lunch room and restrooms need better attention by the janitor. Lunch room needs refrigerators and more microwaves. Self-checkout snacks sandwiches, drinks are way too expensive! Self-checkout register breaks down a lot and does not give change when using cash.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
