Pros

As stated in the title, you will work with good people, for the most part. There are always exceptions to this rule. You will have decent benefits here as well.

Cons

In a word: nepotism. They like to play favorites here. Not so much from the supervisors themselves as ops managers. Mine in particular was horrible about this

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
