Great first job for someone who has no work experience at all to add experience to their resume and skill set

Cons

Pay is very poor for what is expected of you, you start at $9 an hour, all calls are for collections

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
