Pros

Good hours and opportunities for Overtime

Cons

New employees are not properly trained and within 3 weeks they are already pushed out onto the production floor. More experienced employees are always looking for team leaders for help and to learn about things they should have learned in class. Very high turnover rate. Trainers seem to not care about effectively training their students before sending them to the phones. Lastly longer breaks are needed due to how stressful the environment is.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
