Pros

ACT provides the opportunity to get sales exposure and build your sales and quality resume. The rate of turn over however is high due to the low pay and lack of training.

Cons

The management team does not invest in training or place value on quality. This results in employees that receive competing messages regarding compliance and production. Unfortunately, it is difficult to be successful in such an environment.

Cons

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
