Pros

Work from home Equipment provided Training and work schedule were perfect

Cons

Very unorganized place Equipment doesn’t always work Your training is hindered when you can’t utilize the equipment If they can’t fix equipment issue or resolve it they terminate you and just say they understand and apologize Had some very rude trainers at certain times but not too bad

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
