More drama at my job then in High School. - Sales Representative Advanced Call Center Technologies Employee Review

The supervisors and leads as well as the directors are always on different pages, no consistency. No one knows what their doing to help you, you get in trouble for doing the same thing the person sitting right beside you does. It is high school all over again just with adults. Their are people who are on drugs and they need a better system for drug testing. The site director is very judgmental towards an employee.
