Pros

In depth, paid training. Variety of calls & different debit card programs. Fast paced during the day. Friendly supervisors. Variety of shifts available.

Cons

Set shifts with little chance of modification when life gets in the way (you can change shifts, but there are usually only 3 or 4 time slots to choose from). Customers can sometimes be difficult. Overnight shift is way too slow, maybe one call an hour. Sitting at a desk for 7.5 hours. Calls are usually back to back during the day, which can be great but also can be tiring.

Paid breaks and weekends off are the only pros

Cons

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
