Pros

Work from home, provide equipment, benefits, set schedule

Cons

Serious lack of communication. Does not care about their employees. Micromanaging. All negative feedback. Rules are constantly changing without notice. Even if you weren’t told there was a change, you get penalized for it. Almost impossible to get help from a supervisor when you have a question/ need help with something. Outdated information. System always crashing, or issues with equipment.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
