Decent pay, paid vacation, decent health benefits

Cons

This place will hold whatever earned money you’ve made off calls back. I, and multiple others have earned the bare minimum off of commission of sales and VOC scores. They will come up with a excuse and say whatever they can to screw you out of your earned bonuses. Find another line of employment, this place isn’t worth your emotional health and the drama of your management.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
