Pros

Great co-workers Constructive feedback from supervisors for quality assurance, supervisors are pretty relaxed, but some were not, very large building, plenty of parkings with state of the art vending machines. Pretty flexible with school schedules and it was nice that it was Inbound non-sales job. Also you get an attendance bonus every month and for landing in top five.

Cons

It took them 7 months to give me my one year pay increase. So i worked there 1 year 7mos without any pay increase and i mentioned it several times, and i was not the only one that was due for it. Supervisors over complicate simple work, very low pay for a large company. Job was a little stressful at times.

Paid breaks and weekends off are the only pros

Cons

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
