Pros

Good pay and benefits. They had a nice break area.

Cons

No one knew what was going on from the first day. I was interviewed by a recruiter who told me it would be 100% training and work from home. 3 days before the first day I received a call to come in for training to Boones Creek. I live in Greeneville TN. 1 hour ride twice a day. When I got there the receptionist started asking our names. No one was on her list. 35 people and no one on the list. After an hour of standing in a small reception area we were checked in and given badges. The trainer and the other supervisors knew nothing about the WFH. Some said it would be hybrid, some said wfh after training but they were not sure if it would be after 2 weeks of training or 6. I stuck it out for 2 weeks then got covid. I tried to get my laptop so I could at least stay updated but it never happened. When I went back after missing 4 days they put me on calls. I was so nervous because I had missed so much. I decided at this point I would never be working from home so I resigned. If they had an office in Greeneville I probably would still be working there.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
